The Soluxio Solar Pole uses a built-in GPS to determine its precise location, as well as the current date and time. This allows the system to automatically calculate daily sunrise and sunset times using astronomical models. By eliminating the need for a photocell, one of the most unreliable components in traditional systems, Soluxio enhances reliability and reduces maintenance requirements.
