The Soluxio solar light post assembly process

Manufacturing one of the most advanced solar-powered products on the market is no easy task. Complex electronics, fragile solar cells and flexible panels all have to be sealed shut in hardened casings and welded into solid, anodised aluminum poles; without any room for error. That’s why we produce our solar modules entirely and exclusively in-house, here in the Netherlands. But the final product – the Soluxio solar light post – requires more than solar modules, electronics and a light fitting.

SAPA

When the solar modules for the light post are finished, we ship them to one of our partners: SAPA Pole Products. In their factory in Drunen, the Netherlands, SAPA takes care of the final step of the solar light post assembly process: integrating the solar modules in durable, anodised aluminium poles.
